Light, simple, strong.
Developing a laptop stand that wasn't just "the usual" was no easy feat: it had to be easy to use, have a small footprint, and a minimalist design, but still provide its primary function: ventilating the laptop.
Give me a Maciste and I will move the world.
…Or was it “Give me a lever”? In any case, Maciste is thin but sturdy enough.
It has a linear design based on geometric figures, without too many frills: cylinder and trapezium.
Designed for travellers
This laptop stand measures 30 x 4 x 5 cm (with additional sizes planned). This way, Maciste can hold laptops from 13" to 17" but can also be easily carried in a standard 15" work backpack.
Nature and innovation together.
The main materials Maciste is made of are wood and cork. The curvature of the wooden cylinder combined with the cork surface helps prevent the laptop from slipping.
To add a touch of color and technology and allow for customization, the side legs are 3D printed. You can choose the "basic" version (FDM 3D printing, less defined) or the resin-printed version (visible in these photos), with a highly detailed and refined logo.
