NoW
The peace pot
2025
In a world that cries out, choose to plant peace.
NoW isn't just a vase. It's a daily reminder that peaceful action is the only way forward.
It's the rejection of violence transformed into a design object. It's the answer to those who say "nothing can be done": something can always be done. Whether it's a message like this to show someone, whether it's planting a tree, whether it's a cry of protest.
Do it however you want, but do it. Small gestures, big roots.
Every plant that grows is an act of rebellion against destruction.
Every seed planted is a vote for a better future.
Ethical design with a technological vocation
NoW is also a testing ground for new, all-natural 3D printing materials.
Hoping to “leave a message” wasn’t enough: the intention was to do so with something that also had meaning due to “how” it was constructed.
This is why I choose PLA, which is already much more eco-friendly than other filaments, being a biodegradable polymer derived from renewable resources such as corn starch, sugar cane, or beetroot.
The next goal is to experiment with other biofilaments derived from food waste and agricultural processing. The first to undergo these tests are those derived from algae, flax, hemp, and other natural materials from both Italian and foreign production.
The next steps will be partnerships with companies that are also experimenting with innovative 3D printing filaments, such as:Italian Institute of Technology, the NOI Tech Park in Bolzano and the startup Nantoo.

Two styles, one message
NoW is currently available in two collections: the “Marble" and the "Wood“.
Both are printed with PLA filament.
The “Marble” has an interchangeable front, which allows you to customize the color on which the phrase is written upon request.
The "Wood" has a fixed front: this is because the two smaller vases are too small to accommodate a removable part. To overcome this, Wood is available in three sizes: 9.3 cm, 7 cm, and 5 cm (external).
Two styles, one message
Innovation, but with an artisanal soul
The vases are 3D printed but hand-finished. They are primarily designed for indoor use. It's advisable to keep them sheltered and avoid exposing them to excessive temperatures or direct sunlight in summer. The PLA they're made of is a biodegradable material derived from corn, sensitive to high temperatures and adverse weather conditions.
Each vase is unique, with natural variations in the texture and color of the wood. Small surface imperfections (visible print lines, slight irregularities) are normal and part of the artisanal character. These are not defects: they are the hallmark of handcrafted production and assembly.
They are ideal for medium-small plants, succulents, aromatic herbs, cacti, propagation plants and decorative microplants.

A message that cultivates peace
Have you ever thought that a message like this could truly bring peace? I believe so, if we all choose to share it.
“Make Gardening, Not War” isn't a slogan, it's a philosophy. To be practiced every day.
And the time to do it is now. Not tomorrow. NoW.
